The To: field is correct, as is the message body.
Just a scrambled looking subject and from field.

In reply to: [NextGEN Public Uploader] xxxxxx.jpg is not a valid fileAny jpg image. We’ve been using this plugin for a few months now and have experimented with different file sizes and naming conventions in attempt to eliminate this error without any progress.
Example file sizes have been as low as 10kb and we’ve even used a single character filenames (a.jpg).

Plugin v1.8.1. Multiple versions of WordPress, including 3.6.1 and 3.8.1.
