@macmanx thank you. I found the php.ini file and increased to 512M.
@contentiskey thank you. I’ve just successfully done that and managed to locate and delete the file. I now have access back to my WP-Admin console.

I’ve managed to successfully log on to my cPanel.
How easy is it to navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/?
Is it under Databases i.e. phpMyAdmin for example?
Can I search the url for /wp-content/plugins/?
