We’re so sorry for any problem you had with the SmartFrame plugin.
We checked your case and your WordPress website is using the Jetpack plugin.
When you installed our plugin, an alert automatically warned you that the SmartFrame plugin might clash with the Jetpack plugin. For security and technical reasons, our plugin won’t work in case of lazy-loaded images or cached websites.
Usually, before leaving a bad review, it’s always good to first ask for help in the related WordPress support section. We are more than happy to assist our users and solve their problems: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/smartframe/
We constantly improve our plugin and we love to hear feedback from our customers. Leaving a bad review, especially if a warning message has been ignored or without checking the support section, has a negative impact on our work and in the general plugin ranking.
If after disabling Jetpack or other incompatible plugins in your setup our plugin starts working correctly on your website, we would like to ask you to reconsider your review.

We tested the compatibility of our plugin with the Flatsome Theme: at the moment it is not 100% compatible (e.g. SmartFrames are not displayed with the correct size) but we are working on it and we hope to fully support it in the next release (2.1).

Regarding your first question, the error you noticed is not related to the SmartFrame plugin but it’s related to the SmartFrame itself. Could you please let us now your operating system? Does the problem persist even after refreshing the page? Are you using any VPN or proxy?
Regarding the second question, we started testing the SmartFrame plugin with the Flatsome Theme and its own builder. We will let you know the compatibility status as soon as we complete the process.

We haven’t heard from you recently. We released on the 3rd July the SmartFrame Plugin v. 1.5.2, which contained a bug fix related to your case. In order to let you know about it we also contacted you just after the release.
