Any progress, I have same problem, generated debug.log myself.
Now i see 0 lines and can activate toggle debugging but after refresh it goes again off-mode
sorry, but in my case all future days are similar gray and no diff is there any availability or not. Why?
Also from reports I can see and download export only!
