I did receive the emails now. It must have been something with our email servers I suppose. Let me check all the downloads and then I can come back and update my review.

I took all the measures you spoke of before writing this review. I have never received any type of correspondence from your domain. I work in the IT department and we run our own email servers and I can verify that we have not received anything. What other way can you get this to us? Also, I tried a second time as I thought maybe the first didn’t go through and have been charged twice. I would need one of those charges refunded. I opened a ticket regarding that but never received a response.
