Hi Aamir, I have excluded all the order statuses in the plugin settings before, but it still sent those emails. What else we could try to do to prevent it? Using the latest plugin version. Thanks.
I have more details about the order yet. user chose to pay with an online payment gateway using a credit card. But the payment came on another day, but meanwhile he got the coupon code with the discount.
hi again…it happens on any order status… it again happened second time.. they purchased and in couple of minutes they got the coupon again.

Oh I meant the message with the saved price. But I disabled it now… however, my initial question was, how you display the old price and ZERO next to it on the plugin screenshot?
