Thanks for getting back to me everyone. I had some odd behaviour when I switched the theme to storefront where the old theme was being recalled on certain pages.
I cleared and switched off the dynamic caching on the server and that seems to have fixed the issue. Will monitor and post a new post if the issue persists.

Having tested the site I have been able to replicate (intermittently) the issue on desktop and iphone.
One issue is that visiting a product page often automatically adds the details from a previous order. So the cart gets products added to it and the check out is populated with someone elses address.
I have also had it where the ordering process works fine, however the check out is populated with someone elses details.
I’ve added W3 cache and added the mfunct as instructed by the woo support site.
I have a video showing this. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance. 🙂

Please excuse my frustration. But I’ve not received anything relating to my support request from the tickets I submitted within the NextGen Support area.

I put in 2 requests last week. Have you any idea how long it will be before I hear back as my client is going mad.
Wondering if I need to install an alternative gallery until the fix.
