Sorry about that hiccup. We’ve released a new version (1.1.2) which should address the issues – this was related to the WordPress 3.6 upgrade.
You can always use Krux SMB along with other social tools to access real-time analytics. It’s currently in beta, but we’re constantly adding new free features. Best of luck!
