Same issue. Marker not showing up after updating to 2.13.0.
Downgraded again to 2.12.0 and markers show up.
I have a development site with identical content, plugins and WP version.
Only difference is that development site is on a http host. Markers show up on this.
Production site is https where markers do not show up using 2.13.0.
