OK, thx.
BorisBrief feedback: It worked 🚀. And it’s fast. My first idea was to query the notes, but with the database it’s much faster. Thank you once again. Support rating to follow. Regards Boris
Ok, thanks.
I had already found this documentation you mentioned. I was hoping there might be something more comprehensive. For my purposes, the information from you will probably suffice. The client wants a clearly visible indicator in the WooCommerce order overview (green checkmark when exported) for the status. She wants to quickly and easily see whether the order has arrived at the fulfillment service provider’s ShipStation. The connection is sometimes unstable and she wants to be able to react quickly.
Thanks for your support.
I’m closing the task.
Regards
BorisHello Frank,
brilliant, that was quick.
And your answer confirms that I wasn’t so far off the mark after all 😉I’m using the latest ShipStation for WooCommerce 4.7.8. From your answer, I gather that no problems are to be expected on this front.
One final question for now: Are you aware of any official documentation for these parameters? Perhaps one that’s always kept up to date?
Cheers
BorisHere is the solution.
I received it from Vanessa from your “official” support:I would suggest exporting AIOS settings from WP Security > Settings > Import / Export tab and saving it once on your local machine.
Then, from the Plugins List, re-activate the AIOS plugin (deactivate and then activate it).
Then cross-check if Tools > Cron event shows aios_15_minutes_cron_event?
It works.
Regards. BorisHello,
Sorry that I didn’t write this precisely enough:
There is no job starting with aios_ (see screenshot).I don’t understand your further explanations.
As far as I know, the best practice is to disable WP-Cron with define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true); when setting up a server cron job.
Do you have different information?Mail log:
The mail log shows the sending exactly at the time when the email arrived at my inbox a few seconds later.
I cannot judge what triggered this sending.Boris

Update:
A notification just arrived—apparently a “collected works” of 3 lockouts, some of which are already older.
Unfortunately (something that has annoyed me before), the message does not contain any information about the time (e.g., server time).

https://nc-8477963646024078426.nextcloud-ionos.com/index.php/s/Pmyc7ZNy3jwo7MtHello, thank you very much for your message.
I proceeded as you requested:- Triggered a lockout
- Searched for the aios_15_minutes_cron_event you mentioned
- Result: It does not exist
- These are the events from your plugin that I found:
- aiowps_hourly_cron_event
- aiowps_clean_old_events
- aiowps_daily_cron_event
- aiowps_premium_daily_geoip_update
I’m trying to attach a screenshot.
I just tried to manually run aiowps_hourly_cron_event.
That didn’t have any effect. No notification was sent.
Also, my server cron job, which according to my web host is running correctly every 5 minutes, didn’t have any effect either. I’m attaching a screenshot of that as well.I’m afraid that the notification will only be sent in about 24 hours. I am also attaching an entry of such a “historical” notification.
Does this information help you in any way?

https://nc-8477963646024078426.nextcloud-ionos.com/index.php/s/qELpT3eFskjYpRGNo, the captcha problem for me is not a mobile problem, I could not log in on desktop Win10 Pro in Chrome. Anyway …
Otherwise, it’s always sad to see developers shifting responsibility back and forth and not finding a solution for the customer.
I can only praise GermanMarket’s support to the skies: they have always and repeatedly helped me, far beyond what they are obliged to do.I look forward to experiencing such great support from you too.
Regards. BorisI have exactly the same problem and have tried to ask for the fix via the contact form. Unfortunately something is wrong with the Google Captcha, the form cannot be sent successfully. Is there another way to get the fix?
Many thanks and best regards
BorisThank you! I will have a look at it. Regards. Boris
Hello, I have found the error.
after other plugins could not be updated either, i inspected the storage space on the server, the storage quota for webspace was almost reached. After a clean-up action, everything is running as it should again.
The case is now closed.
Best regards

Hello, thank you for the feedback.
I have checked again on which pages the crawler mentioned above works and on which it does not. I think it’s the hosting provider, that’s the commonality of the pages not working. Presumably the problem is not with AIOS at all, as I suspected. I will open a ticket for one page with the provider and have Ahrefs unblock main IP address range. I found this here:
