Just wondering, our site has WP v4.3.1. Is this why our password reset email has no link on anymore? I’m sure it did once have so guessing that the update might have screwed it? Is our plugin now out of date?
Your post was two months ago now, is the release officially live and fully tested?

How do I know if it’s using custom email module?
Is there anything in the CMS that i can change? Or has it got to be done via code?
