I think we’ve found the reason for this issue. Our corporate LAN has a filter that limits file downloads. When we test this on off-company email accounts and different browsers it seems to work fine.

I take it though that once that link disappears in the Admin panel that there is no place to go to retrieve it, so we have to make a list to retain it, eh?

I think we want that commercial_taxonomy to be reflected in the sitemap and page but it seems as though it isn’t coming through. It’s almost like in php where it should be echoing the value for whatever variable is there but instead of the variable you’re just getting the code. It makes me wonder if something is misconfigured and that’s why %commercial_taxonomies% is appearing instead of the taxonomy itself.

Note I’m not panicing or being impatient, just updating.

Here is the one line from the error log that *may* be related to this site:

[Thu Jun 25 06:35:47 2015] [error] [client 71.99.228.223] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace

I do have other errrors but they are providing a path back to the directory and it is not for this site that’s having the problem.

Updated: Just tried to change the .htaccess file name to see if it was somehow corrupting things. Nope. Same result. Changed name back to .htaccess.
