It turns out this was due to another plugin we have installed, Lockdown WP. To get around it, we switched to “Server mode” in the settings to configure the tracker to only collect browser-related information (screen resolution, extensions, etc.), per the recommendation from your support. This appeared to have worked. We are collecting a much higher number of pageviews, thank you.
