Thank you for your reply, and apologies for not including the link.

I am new to this more technical side of WordPress and do not have access to the backend so I am trying to help those who do, to help me sort it out.

Ok and apologies for posting in the wrong place.
As far as I am aware it is but I also contacted Avada as that is the theme I am using. They have given me a couple of fixes to try – I now just need to carry it out.
I will let you know how I get on.
