Same here.

After update to WP 3.6, the BWPS plugin needed updating and after I did that, my site crashed with a blank page that said “error”.

I went back to the older version of BWPS and tried again to update but received the same error.

marcus41872, Did you figure out how to edit your forms? I’m having the same problem and cannot find where to edit all my forms.
