I tried!, cleared browser cache, Ctrl+F5, even changed ISP, actually I can’t!

A point!, I have demo of this in “http://qr-code.ir/demo2” and very worked well! Both sites have same theme, plugin &… only:

http://qr-code.ir/demo2 : Web Server: LiteSpeed, WordPress Version: 4.2.2

Is it possible to be affected by other things?
