Thank you for your reply. I have solved it by disabling all plugins and enabling one by one.

I have the same issue and I already tried disabling plugins one by one. Also, I found out the issue is only happening on other user roles like subscribers, author, etc. Admins have no issue with this. Can you help with this issue?

Thanks! that worked. Now how do I make the form inside the slider? It worked on Firefox but on other browsers chrome,safari,IE The form is on top of the slider.

I used the shortcode [ngg gallery id=x template=caption] on the old version to display the captions. Is there a shortcode for NextGen 2.0 to display captions?
