    Hi Jen,

    sorry for my late response, the mail notification went to the junk-mail…

    Your idea is much appreciated, I never thought about simply deleting it by some kind of job, I could even access database and ftp from a service/task on another server.

    I will have a look at the tables and am confident that I will find some meta that an application has been sent by mail (successfully) to avoid deleting the files before this has happened.

    If I’d go the plugin route, would it be allowed by “your company” to put it on https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/? (for free)
    No promises that this will happen of course. 😉

    Hi Rocco.

    This is the piece I was missing, thank you so much. I tried it out and it works like expected, shame on me for not seeing the connection between these. 🙂
