I did that. I have three plugins running:
PDF Embedder
Simple Calendar
WPFront Scroll Top
When I deactivate WPFront Scroll Top and have a standard theme running, everything works. All three plugins running and I cannot get into the Appearance – Customize submenu, even on the standard theme.
Having Zerif as my theme, I cannot enter the Appearance – Customize submenu, even if I turn off all other plugins and only activate Simple Calendar.
