Checked the imported forms and found where missing closing div(s) come from. If you add these 3 closing div tags to the imported contact form, you can still continue using the contact form shortcode widget.

It is exactly the same on your live demo but yes you are right! I deleted the contact form shortcode widget from the Footer Column 4 and problem solved!
