In reply to: Cannot access dashboard after recent upgradeNot really surprising, b/c at that time several other people started similar threads detailing the same problem. It was a known issue, which made me think there was a bug in the upgrade. And recently the same issue happened again (when all I did was select the “upgrade” button on my dashboard). Not sure if the problem lies with WP or my host.

godaddy is my host. this happened last time I upgraded but I don’t recall how I remedied the issue.

Also, why are so many people having problems with this upgrade? It’s all over the tech media. Isn’t the onus on WP to resolve the bugs?

I am new to WP and the codex and trying to figure out everything. I don’t know PHP either.
