The plugin won’t do what you are describing, but it is possible that the premium version which is due to be relaunched, might. It allows you to tag each entry and then present those tags to your site visitors to filter the search results by.

Hi Iain… I updated the plugin again yesterday to fix a bug the caused a conflict with some other plugins… if you update to 0.3.1 let me know if you have any problems
