In reply to: [Simple Membership] Users can register without paying for a paid membership1. I have created a STRIPE payment button. I can’t seem to carry out a test payment. I first put Stripe in test and created a plan assuming Simple Membership would send test payments but an error message kept coming up so I just created a plan in Live Stripe.

Step 1. I added my Stripe payment button to my JOIN US page – ideally this is the page the user should start with.
Step 2. I added the registration form shortcode to my Registration page ([swpm_registration_form level=4]) – level 4 is the paid member level
Step 3. I navigated straight to my Registration page and registered
Step 4. I activated my account via the email I received
Step 5. I then had access to the protected content that is linked to the paid membershipThanks but I have already seen that via another support question and followed the steps exactly (using a paid level). The emails are not going to the spam folder either
I have just enabled debug and saw the following entries:
[01/27/2019 8:20 PM] – SUCCESS: [MailChimp] Doing list signup.
[01/27/2019 8:20 PM] – FAILURE: [MailChimp] Could not find a list name in your MailChimp account that matches with the target list name: Social Vector MembersHowever the list does exist as I copy and pasted the name from Mailchimp. Shame I can’t attached a screenshot but the list is in Mailchimp as: Social Vector Members
