Yes, it shows displayed on entire site and elementor canvas is on. I recently discovered that on mobile because i used background images for the hero section they cover the toggle menu and when i remove them or lower them it shows, like the image is covering it. but this only happens for the mobile and tablet toggle menu, while the extended menu shows fine on desktop
