Hi, Thanks
I’ve deleted the DB and attempted and i end up with following error: https://prnt.sc/1euclwv

It is uploading data to your server and despite of whitelisting your IP in our server we get this error. https://prnt.sc/1euclwv

We tried to use the plugin on different site and we received an error as in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1eu77be

“For some reason we can\’t create your migration. Please try again, if this problem persists please contact support.”

Hi,

Thanks for the IP, we have added your IP in Whitelist, but unfortunately, we see that the Cpanel option is missing now, when I give the destination domain it shows only the FTP option.

I’ll explain in detail:
I clicked on “Create Transfer” and entered the domain name, it shows only FTP transfer method, there is no option to choose the cPanel Migration option. Kindly suggest me how to enable it.
