I had created a support ticket, the number is 143166. The sentence “We’ll be in touch once we’ve had a chance to review your email. :)” in your email was a bit scary, that’s why I opened a topic here.
I tried the Storefront theme, but it impacted the layout of the website rather than the configuration pages under /wp-admin/. I think we need to find what caused the conflicts inside these configuration pages.
I feel that you marked this as resolved a little bit too fast, let’s see the reactivity of the premium support.
