When I upload the image, no HTTP error occurs, and Japanese customers who are currently ordering can also upload the image, so such an error may occur only when accessing from overseas. Maybe. We have temporarily disabled a security plugin that can cause HTTP errors, so please check again.
Acceptable image file formats are .jpeg, .png, .jpg. Also, as a result of a brief investigation of HTTP errors, it seems that it may occur if the file size is too large, so please do not upload a file that is too large.
It’s a small thing, but I’ll share what I learned from investigating the cause of the problem yesterday.
If you press the button labeled “Cropped” from the Woocommerce administration screen, the page labeled “404 Not found” will open, but the URL will be “https~~/wp-content/uploads/ppom_files/cropped/4873-o_1fe03h5fp126vbrh1q0r3dv143up.jpg “. However, when I searched the server with a file browsing tool, the image file named “4873-o_1fe03h5fp126vbrh1q0r3dv143up.jpg” was not found in the folder “wp-content/uploads/ppom_files/cropped/”.
I also tried cropping on your site “ppom.nmediahosting.com/product/woocommerce-image-cropping/”, but similarly the image after cropping was not displayed on the cart page. .. Please check that as well.

After that, I found out that the cause was that the plugin “WooCommerce Bulk Discount” did not work with the PPOM options.
Therefore, I deleted “WooCommerce Bulk Discount” and changed to use “Woo Discount Rules”, and the problem was solved.

Just for your information, in order to make the problem simpler, after upgrading PPOM to version 22.3, I created a meta group with only Image cropper and created a test product page(https ~ product/test/) displaying only Image cropper, but the above bug still occurred there as well.
