In reply to: [Easy Product Image Zoom For WooCommerce] Products list bugSwitched to another zoom for the time being (it’s a live site that I need to work right) so the example ULRs posted previously won’t work. Shouldn’t be hard to replicate though…

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact & form no longer sendsNeil, really.. With all due respect, I didn’t reply with “me too”. I added IMO relevant information for others that have the same issue, and judging from the many, many threads describing the same problem since the last update of CF7 I am not alone.
The relevant parts in my post: I don’t even use recaptcha on my contact form, and it still broke the form with the last update. I posted the exact name of the plugin that I installed that (for now) works around this by dropping back to recaptcha v2. I also mentioned it was not a v3 key problem. In a larger sense I actually disagree with that FAQ point, it can be very helpful for a plugin author to see how many have the same problem. It would certainly bump the urgency of fixing the plugin!
All these things can (and hopefully will) help others resolve this. It’s very disconcerting to update a production site but have the contact form fail. Yes, I have a backup and could drop back to an earlier version of the site, but that too has its issues and is not done lightly.
Maybe there should be a FAQ item “I have the same problem, add detail, and confirm a solution is working. Should I post?” (the obvious answer is “Yes”, in case that wasn’t clear)…
Have a great weekend!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact & form no longer sendsThank you Charles!
Same problem here after updating Contact Form 7 yesterday to their latest. Sending failed, even though I don’t use recaptcha at all in my one contact form that’s on the site. Installed “Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2” and it’s working again.Strange that the update broke the contact form though no recaptcha was used in the form. I did update the keys to recaptcha v3 as per instructions, that didn’t solve it.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Mailpoet 3 BugsThank you Bruna! That is helpful.
In my particular case it doesn’t quite get me out of the woods: I have two types of users/customers; retail and wholesale. They each have a mailing list, and of course we don’t want retail customers subscribing to the wholesale list, since prices are different for products. So ‘manage your subscriptions’ should see different lists for both user types, but that is not possible (currently) in MP.
I guess my best bet is to not offer a ‘manage’ link, but just put only an ‘unsubscribe’ link in my mailings (to comply with the CanSPAM legislation over here). Having a shortcode that undoes the unsubscribe would still be helpful (as in MP2), to include on the unsubscribe page.

In reply to: [Add-on WooCommerce - MailPoet 3] No checkbox, unfortunately…ehsantikweb, you’re absolutely right!
Thank you for the quick feedback. The box shows up fine when I try it while not logged in. Of course, that does beg the question, could we have this show up for logged-in sessions that have not yet subscribed? This is all about trying to add more subscribers to our newsletter, i.e. marketing. Catching those with an account is part of that too.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Mailpoet 3 BugsA few more bugs/comments while I’m at it:
1) The “Manage subscription” link takes the user to a rather ugly ‘blog’ page with auto-generated content. It would be good if we could make that page ourselves, much like the “unsubscribe” page so we can style to fit the rest of the site. In other words, an auto-filled page using a shortcode, where we can set the page to-be-used and style the header/footer/sidebars to fit the rest (ours is NOT a blog site).
2) The auto-content of the “manage subscription” page does not show all the lists that the user is subscribed to. My test case is an account that’s subscribed to 3 lists; only one is shown where it should show all 3. Actually using this to unsubscribe seems hit/miss, it sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.
3) It would be really nice to get a shortcode back to “undo recent unsubscribe”, as was available in MP2, for use on the unsubscribe reply page.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Role Based Price For WooCommerce] RBP Pro & WP All Import stopped workingWell, after giving it a third try just now prices were updated properly again for RBP. I would swear the same import settings were used, so I have no idea.
Since it is working again please ignore my previous message, with apologies for the needless post.

In reply to: [Nextend Accordion Menu] Accordion Menu vs. WP Super Cache problemHi @nextend,
Sorry for the late reply, we had a holiday weekend here for Easter.
I don’t have a URL for you to test unfortunately: This is an E-commerce site we’re just setting up and it doesn’t have public access yet. The sequence of events was that I installed WP Super Cache, enabled it, noticed that the accordion menu was all messed up as well as its settings page, disabled the cache plugin, was still messed up, uninstalled the cache plugin, things went back to normal again. No other things that I could see were messed up, just the accordion menu.
It may well be that it is some weird interaction between WP Super Cache, other plugins, and your plugin. Maybe it’s specific to our site for whatever reason. If it works when you try, and you have not had any other reports of strangeness with WP Super Cache I’d say let’s ignore it.
I’ve since installed “Cache Enabler” as a WP cache plugin. It seems to be working very well with that, no problems with CSS or the layout, and pages do load noticeably faster. So, on my side the problem is solved, we have a working cache, even if it’s not WP Super Cache.
Best regards,
