We figured it out! Each zone still had North America and United States assigned, which was acting as ‘catch all’, even though those states weren’t assigned. Once we removed those, the states began assigning correctly to their zones with the right pricing.

Unfortunately, splitting the states into seven zones didn’t work as expected. The overnight price is defaulting to Zone 8 for all states, instead of pulling the correct rate based on the zone each state was assigned.
We tried changing the zones from 1–3 first on the list down to 8, but the same issue occurred, the overnight price for zones 1–3 was still being applied to all states.
I’m not sure why this is happening, does anyone have any insights into what might be causing it?
I realized our only option was to split all the states into multiple shipping zones, just like you suggested. Just was hoping it would be simpler to manage two zones instead of seven zones we’ll need, but we can manage with seven.
Same issue after updating to 2.0. GA4 tag broke and caught it 48 hours later. Rolled back to the pluigin to 1.8.14 and it works again. I see they just launched the 2.0.1 update to address all this. Let me know it if works after you update.
