Hi jjbte,

thanks for your thoughts. I do not do the refund via woocommerce itself but through the PayPal-Admin-Area. When I prompt there a full refund (by simply clicking in the PP admin on “refund customer”), the customer receives the partial refund email nevertheless.

Any other idea what could cause this behavior?
