I am trying to submit a ticket, but there is an error after submitting the ticket.
Error :
Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us. « Back to HomepageI do not have an account on the Litespeed website. Is there any alternate way to raise a ticket. It seems to be not working or needs login credentials which I do not have.
Regards,
Brian NoronhaI have tried the suggestion, cleaned up unfinished images and tried again.
Same issue, first 2 images are pushed, but not being pulled back and can not push any further images.
Hi,
I have checked and the REST API is active and enabled as required. However the images are not getting pulled.
Our firewall is not blocking any requests from litespeed and all the servers are whitelisted. Please advise.
I have sent the diagnostic report as requested by you.
Also, again the firewall got disabled today and my site was infected with malware.
During the scan run after finding my firewall disabled, it reported the following errors.
Critical Problems:* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-options.php
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: smtphec.php
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: index.php
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: indeeex.php
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-activate.php
* File appears to be malicious or unsafe: wp-includes/SimplePie/wp-logs.php
High Severity Problems:
* WordPress core file modified: index.php
* WordPress core file modified: wp-activate.php
Once I repair / delete the infected files, the site no longer works.
If I view the modified index.php file, I see the following code

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Logo disappears when Lazy Load is enabledAdding logo seems to have fixed the issue with the logo.
But images on other pages are still an issue, the first 2 lines of each product, the thumbnails are missing. Also the Social login buttons for Facebook and Google login buttons are gone in the My account tab section.Screenshots

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Logo disappears when Lazy Load is enabledOk, i’m not sure where to go from here. I mean it is loading fine now with the plugin enabled or disabled.
The problem occurs only when i enable the setting for Lazyload within the plugin under media settings.
Please look at screenshot, i have just set it on right now and the logo disappeared. If i turn this one particular setting is when the problem occurs.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Logo disappears when Lazy Load is enabledI am not sure where to find this option to disable LSCWP. Could you please guide me.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Logo disappears when Lazy Load is enabledIf i turn Lazyload on, the logo and a few more images are not loading, they are blank white.
On the home page, the logo in the top section and the instagram post images which appear just below the main slider disappear when Lazyload is turned on.
It is off now. I am a bit if a noob with this and i’m not sure what ‘bypass LSCWP’ means.Regards,

In reply to: [ArileWP] Main slider lost on updateI have updated the plugin too, seems like an issue with the new update and chrome browser for Mac OS. The update is working fine with other browsers.
