In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce & GDPRI agree, very interested/need to know how WooCommerce will be compliant with GDPR.
Sorry, I didn’t explain it very well.
I don’t want to show the IDs on the front end.
So, I can see the category IDs in the back end (no issues there), but when I use this category ID in the Popular Posts plugin, it doesn’t recognise the ID number I have entered. So to me that suggests the ID numbers aren’t right?

In reply to: [WP Popular Posts] Display Jetpack Projects in PluginThanks for replying.
I thought I was doing it correctly, but I’m not sure, is there any chance you could take a look for me?
Thanks
“By changing that” was in reference to your instructions. Do you think it would help if I completely remove the iThemes plugin from the site, and do a fresh installation of it?
Hi Pronl, it looks like i will have to do a restore as the site has gone down
By changing that, it has now caused the file to be re-written with nothing on it.
Hi Pronl,
Okay, so what do you think I should do?
Hi Pronl,
Thanks for those instructions, I did what you said and unfortunately we receive the same error, below are the attached screenshots which verify that they match to what you said and the error we get after your final instruction.
Hi Pronl,
No I am not using the InfiniteWP Plugin, and here is the screenshot of the error that I am getting.
Hello, do you have the instructions?
It’s a single site, and if the image doesn’t show open it in a new tab
Hi, no problem I can provide more information for you.
I performed the site restoration with Akeeba backup and Kickstart.
I changed the table prefix in the Kickstart process.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the code, and strangely it isn’t showing the dps prefix, instead the wp prefix.
Should I change it to the dps prefix?
The standard database tables are wp_ yes?
We entered the custom prefix when we performed a site transfer across to the live servers.

In reply to: [Widgets for SiteOrigin] Portfolio Items Not ShowingHi Adi,
It was a mistake on my part. I didn’t realise you had to select ‘Projects’ from the drop down to select the right posts. It wasn’t showing them because they didn’t exist!
But no problems as I have sorted it now.
Thanks
