The right side bar state that it appear on pages but not on the blog. Is this the reason it does not appear? Can one widget appear and not another on the sidebar?

the widget on the right side (South Jersey Magazine) does not appear on mobile. It’s been awhile since I designed this site. I may have hidden the right sidebar??? I’m not sure
