Pagination is not very urgent but could be nice.

In fact, I have not done anything in the default notifications of WordPress.
When a user (author) writes a comment for a post, he can tick the box under his comment (Alert for all new comments). See below (unfortunately, I cannot paste the picture). I did not do anything to get that under the comments window.

X PRÉVENEZ-MOI DE TOUS LES NOUVEAUX COMMENTAIRES PAR E-MAIL.

So, after, when a new comment is written by anybody, only the commentators who have ticked there when commenting receive a message like that:
Name of the Site [email protected]
…. …
New comment on Name of the Site
…
Name of the user commented on Name of the post
Excerpt of the post…
Contents of the comments
