Elementor 3.17.3, the editor does not load despite trying EVERY possible suggestions by Elementor webpages, none worked. Is this a release bug?

I followed th listed steps, the wpmt_postmeta table size was reduced by half, again the backup has failed.
A new debug code was shown when the backup failed: BMI-w0KrPuB1-24791
