Upgraded to 0.7 through the Plugins screen, and was subsequently able to edit the poll’s theme.
So: It appears to have worked for me!

I’m seeing the same error message when I try to change my poll’s theme.

- poll # 1063213
The poll in question is showing up in the post, though.
I’m running into the same problem. (Didn’t find any results when I did a search on “post.php” yesterday.)
