In reply to: [301 Redirects - Redirect Manager] Can’t get rid of pop-upI just disabled the popup entirely by removing the line which starts with $pointers[‘welcome’] in plugins.php. It’s not elegant, but seems to have resolved the issue for this version. You’ll want to look at a longer-term solution.

In reply to: [301 Redirects - Redirect Manager] Can’t get rid of pop-upThe pop up persists after a month on every WordPress Admin page. It’s making it hard to administer our site. We’ve cleared every conceivable cache (both in the browsers with hard cache clears and the site itself). We tried deactivating the plug-in, which worked, but when we reactivated it, the pop-up remains. The pop-up has no close box, so there is no way to dismiss it.
Do you have any other ideas? Our only remaining option is to simply use a different plug-in with similar functionality, I’m afraid.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I agree that issue is outside the scope of WP Mail SMTP. I was hoping that others were experiencing similar issues due to messages generated through the REST API on Google from WP Mail SMTP.
In the meantime, I contacted Comcast’s Security Assurance team, explained the issue, and was told the next level of support would get back to me in two days. This afternoon, it appears to be working once again — mail forwarded through the Google REST API is making it into Comcast. I’m not sure if Comcast proactively made a change, but it is likely they heard about the issue from others. Therefore, I can’t assume it will stay this way.
If anyone has had a similar issue, it would be helpful to know.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Audio Album] Play and Mute Icons ChangedI was able to fix it by adding “!important” to the css. for the font:
.track .mejs-controls > .mejs-button button:before { content: ""; display: inline-block; font: normal 22px/1 'dashicons' !important; position: relative; left: 0; top: -2px; text-rendering: auto; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; -moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale; }Thanks for the update on the dates. I appreciate that you’re already working on it.
I’ll send an email through XPS. I’m wondering if it could be related to “Send Confirmation Email” being unchecked in the XPS WooCommerce integration settings. We like to send e-mails when the orders are picked up, not when the labels are created. That’s why that was unchecked.
That’s a good question. After we create the labels and the post office picks them up, we go through the orders and mark them as completed.
So perhaps you could explain the intended way it works. When is the XPS Ship Integration supposed to change the order to completed? After it arrives at a USPS distribution center? Just trying to understand how it’s supposed to work. Perhaps we’re not using it as you intended.
One other issue that we’re seeing is when we manually add a second tracking number, such as when an order needs to be shipped in two boxes, the return email shows two date fields, but one of them has a random date. For instance, today we shipped one of these and the two dates in the e-mail were like this (number replaced with X’s for privacy):
Tracking Information Provider Tracking Number Date USPS 940553610899266146XXXX December 1, 4858 Track USPS 940553610899266147XXXX December 1, 2021 TrackThanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bulk “Change Status to Completed” not sending Tracking infoWe are using the XPS Ship Integration module which populates the tracking numbers, so it sounds like the problem is with that module. I’ll check with them.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] PayPal not showing up on Checkout page (only!)UPDATE: The PayPal buttons suddenly appeared on the checkout page when I changed the XPS shipping settings to point to my newly updated domain. Very odd! But working now.
