Ah ha!
Plugin was causing it. I tried increasing the limit but that didn’t work.
Thanks for the suggestion Bas. It was gravity forms…. It was all working fine until I moved the site live. Then I started to see the error. Now I’m using a different form plugin and it works like a charm!
