And if I want to remove the “Category” or “Tag” text that appears in those containers?Thanks for the response.
As am in test environ am only using php for sending emails. The newsletters and test emails arrive, just with the images’ issue. (I also tried with Sendmail and that did not work at all).
From WP dashboard, right-clicking on image does open new tab where image is viewable. From received email newsletter, right-clicking on empty space where image would be pops a 404 error message: “The requested URL… was not found on this server.”
I suspect the issue has to do with the test environment being non-public (a transferable install) and so the email client cannot pull the image from the non-public media library. Am going to test on live environment and see how that goes. Will report back.

I’m having the same problem. mysite.com/Ideas leads to 404 page.
Have tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling IF 1.2, but get same error.Am using WP version 4.3.1, and WOffice.io WP theme.
Would really appreciate some help on this, gracias.
