But is strange that only happens when customer pay with your payment method plugin. with any other plugin is not happening this issue.
Yes, there are two screenshots attached in the link. The screenshot 1 is the email what we receive when customer pay with your plugin and the screenshot 2 is when customer pay with any other payment plugin. For customer privacy i must hide the address and contact but you can see that the number of elements in the invoice address (first column) are 7 (or 8 if is a company) when is working good and 6 (or 7 if is a company) when is with your plugin.

El principal problema de esto es que no es constante este fallo. es intermitente. Hay pedidos hechos con ese metodo de pago que si que se manda con el DNI y otros que no se mandan con el DNI siendo el mismo metodo de pago. Esa aleatoriedad es la que no me deja continuar investigando sobre el problema y por eso acudo a vosotros.
he hecho las pruebas con otro tema y sigue igual. no he probado desactivando plugins
They says that the WC – APG NIF/CIF/NIE Field plugin is not causing this issue.
Actualizacion: He hablado con los del plugin de klarna (Payment Plugins for Stripe) y me han dicho que la falla debe estar en vuestro modulo.
Voy a probarlo aunque ya le digo que hasta ahora no nos daba problema y es una cosa esporadica. Hay pedidos hechos con ese plugin que si que entran los DNIs y otros que no entran.
Os puedo asegurar que no tenemos ningun plugin que modifica los correos que se envian. Lo que usamos para enviar los correos es SMTP Mail pero eso solo hace el envio en vez de php_mail() con otra funcion. Pero como tal , no modifica el contenido del correo electronico. El unico campo que tenemos añadido es el vuestro y luego del plugin de EU VAT Manager (solamente para el tema del iva para empresas extrangeras). Por lo que debe ser alguna incompatibilidad con el plugin vuestro y el de payment plugins for stripe.
