When clients fill out the contact form – the forms are recorded in the Flamingo messages received. I am still interested in working with this administration (client). My idea is to be able to add notes to a specific request (filled form) as an administrator. Notes would be displayed chronologically and recorded (date, time, subject, text message, wp admin user).
With such simple functionality, I would get a simple but very practical CRM system.
