@amwellmobilemarketing Thanks you. The lifetime of the SSL is 90 days. If you have set up the cron job, the plugin will renew automatically before the expiry.
@darrenw1designer Nice! Now you can install the plugin, configure, set up corn job.
Once an SSL gets installed on your website feel free to click the ‘Activate Force HTTPS’ button. It’ll work. But if you still face issue, please post here.
@darrenw1designer Don’t worry, we’ll fix it. Please let me know the following details:
1. Website URL
2. What you did with the plugin
3. What is the issue@seongjin84 Please set a cron email to receive the cron output by email.
@seongjin84 Please create a cron job manually. In the cron job page, we have given a video guide for it.
@alarias We checked again your cPanel. Yes, the corn job is not working. Please contact your web hosting provider.
@alarias Did you received the cron output?
@alarias Sure.
@alarias Please wait until the cron job runs. It’s the server’s midnight.
@alarias Please check this video guide once again and see if you missed anything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYIOHsuY-HE
@alarias If you set an email to receive cron output, you’ll receive it by email. Please check your spam folder in case you didn’t receive it.
@alarias Please post the cron output.
@evanmcgregor Our plugin uses cPanel API for automatic installation. cPanel API requires to be connected over SSL. So we don’t have an alternative.
If your host can’t do so, Auto-Install Free SSL will issue and renew SSL automatically but you need to install the SSL manually. Please set ‘Is your web hosting control panel cPanel?’ to NO in the Basic settings. Then in the dashboard, you’ll get the option to fill in your domain information like domain name, domain alias, document root.
@evanmcgregor I tried to access https://cpanel.epizy.com:2083
Google chrome returns ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID, which means no valid SSL installed on this URL. Please request your web host for an SSL secured URL to access your cPanel. All standard hosts provide this at no extra cost.Please share your cPanel URL.
