@regorzelaznog Wonderful!. You’re welcome.
@regorzelaznog CloudFlare Origin Certificate is installed on econex.com.au, this SSL is not trusted by the browsers. Only Cloudflare trust this.
While accessing that website in Chrome, click on this text: NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
You’ll get this: https://freessl.tech/support/cloudflare-ssl-installed-seconex-com-au-1.png
If you click the ‘Not secure’ text in the address bar, you get this: https://freessl.tech/support/cloudflare-ssl-installed-seconex-com-au-2.png
Please follow the steps below to uninstall the CloudFlare Origin Certificate.
1. click ‘SSL/TLS’ in your cPanel.
2. On the next page click ‘Manage SSL sites’.
3. On the next page, you get a list of installed SSL certificates and option to uninstall any.Then everything will work as expected and automatically.
@regorzelaznog
Please let me know the following details:
1. The website URLs for which you are facing issues.
2. In the basic settings which option you selected for ‘Issue real SSL cert (LIVE)?’
3. Is your web hosting control panel cPanel?If you are using cPanel and SSL installation feature enabled, Auto-Install Free SSL will install SSL certificates automatically.
@gastronimo You’re welcome. We have released version 2.1.5. Please update.
@gastronimo This is a minor error in that line. We are fixing it and releasing version 2.1.5 in a day or two. Thank you for reporting.
Have you completed all the settings? Has Auto-Install Free SSL issued and installed SSL?
@gastronimo Sure. Thank you!
