Was this issue resolved as I logged a similar issue with date a week ago? If it was this may fix my issue.
Just to update anyone who finds this hoping for a solution.
I contacted support and they asked for my admin username and password.
Unfortunatley due to security policies I can’t give that out.
They said they were unable to help further if I didn’t as it worked on their test system.
Hence no solution.
