    Hey, I am really sorry I ghosted on you before – but I just didn’t have the time to test things for you (I should have pinged you anyway, my bad).

    I have kept your plugin deactivated, and just kept updating it each time – and retrying activating it, in my lazy hopes that maybe it will get resolved.

    I am writing to you today to tell you that it works now. ‘Version 1.6.11’

    I recently updated my apache to 2.4 and php to 5.4, maybe that has something to do with it?

    All I know is it works now, and I wanted to thank you for your plugin. I felt the need to tell you.

    Only get two hits it seems

    I can’t get on terminal this moment, but will asap.

    Strange. I had success with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    And I have VPS with bluehost – don’t think I am restricted in that regard.

    I will tinker around and see if I can figure it out.

    If you think of anything else to try let me know.

    I’m a software dev, so I understand that it is virtually impossible for you to help if the issue isn’t reproducible.

    Thank you for following up with me. Looking at it more, I think “Disqus Comment System” might be the culprit. Here is the diagnostic data:
