I do have exactly the same question as Natalia. It seems Google Removal Tool is working much better temporary, but I am not sure if we should keep purge plugin activated?
I would say yes because Google Removal Tool is only a temporary solution. Can these URL’s come back after some time again?

Same issue for me here. And unchecking “Force rewrite” didn’t solve anything… When I made the update with WP Retina 2x all the titles got messed up.

Now even when i deactivate plugin or delete it same issue. What should I do?
