Thanks Rinat, I’m totally fine with the workaround on that.
However, I believe the author field is not custom. The problem is that even when using that default field, if the information was being stored I am not sure how/where it could be visible to me.
I need to know the authors for uploads that were already submitted. How can I make this display somewhere? Thanks.
After a month I haven’t gotten any tips from the creator of this plugin. Since then, I also realized the Delete Form button wasn’t working. I installed the update to version 1.3.1 with hopes that these kinks would have been resolved. However, now I am also unable to add new forms despite filling out all the form settings, and my existing forms won’t display any labels or upload area. Only fields.
