Their website is down right now because of an expired SSL certificate. I hope its not gone. I’ve got over 1000 records in the system and I don’t want to have to move to another plugin.
The actual GED file is only 232Kb, about 867 people. My main issue is that the lower half of the screen where you choose import options isn’t even there. See the screen captures in my original message. I’m at a loss as to why. I’ve tried different browsers and changed the theme to the WP 2017 theme with no changes.
