i have tried a few wordpress https type plugins but nothing changes with the gravatars being mixed content warnings

I have also been trying to remove this, I have tried adding it to the
wp-recaptcha/recaptcha.css
but nothing changed, where in the file should I add it? and is this the correct file to add the above, also is it exactly as above.
Any help greatly appreciated
