Never mind, I was able to restrict by re-targeting rule for session for now.
I realized that it is working. However, how do I restrict it to Home Page only, it is coming up on all pages.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] After contact form submission, URL is showing form IDWell, my contact form also works exactly the way you have described when it is in a page like http://www.nri.edu.in/test-page-for-contact-form/ and IT DOES NOT refresh or append form ID to URL.
The issue is when it is embedded in a popup. Any advice is appreciated.

We figured-out that this problem is unique to our site, once we determined that, we were able to fix the bug with select option field in the site.
It no longer refreshes the page and I am able to move on.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Page is refreshing After Drop down list selectionWell, my manager does not accept to deactivate other plugins as we are using bare essential plugins for Ubemenu, photo slider and gallery. Out site does not function without these plugins.
Any other ideas or suggestions? Please advice.
